14 Jet white jacuzzi spa walk-in 170 x 70 cm bath with powered seat, basin & WC. The bath has been used regularly and is in good working order. Automatic air flush after use for hygiene, The bathroom is being updated and the bath replaced with a steam shower as the present owners prefer a shower to a bath.

The bath comes with a free basin and close coupled WC, if required, all complete with taps and fittings including a hand spray. The suite has been installed and so will need traces of mastic and tile adhesive removed. New taps would enhance the suite but the existing ones are working well.

The door catch could be tightened to provide a better seal as the door weeps when filling until the water is deep enough. The suite is available for collection in Cambridge and early collection would be appreciated.
