Labour is included in the event of a warrantable defect requiring an engineer to replace the neccessary component.

Labour for replacement of small components considered replacable by the customer is not included. Travel cost is free of charge within 100 miles of Bedfordshire. We have our own in-house team of servicing engineers and offer several packages to meet your differing needs, depending on your spas usage, time of year and how much you want to do yourself.

We will deliver the hot tub directly on a hiab crane truck, or bring the hot tub to site on a trailer and use a local hiab company to lift the hot tub into your garden. Once it is in the garden/near where it needs to be positioned, we will use equipment to move it to the final position and begin commissioning the spa. Brought to site and lifted by crane.
