WE USE THIRD PARTY COURIERS AND DO NOT HAVE DIRECT ACCESS TO THE DRIVERS. DAMAGED ITEMS WILL ONLY WILL ONLY BE REPLACED IF SIGNED FOR AS " DAMAGED " or " PRESUMED DAMAGED".
