It has a grey plastic outer covering and is used in conjunction with a Laing circulation pump. Please note, sensors fitted to the older version of this heater may not fit due to a design change. All 2001+ SUNDANCE® SPAS Export 50 Hz Models (Except Maxxus) Replacing Sundance P/N 6500-315 and manufacturers p/n C3403-1. Drain the spa down, disconnect heater cables from the spa control box. Push back the spring clamps that hold the 3/4 inch vinyl pipe in place. Heat the vinyl pipe at these connections and remove the pipes.
